A family company for three generations
At the end of the 1990s, Kurt Wochner prepared for the company's future by incorporating the third generation of the family into the management team. Since it was founded, WOCHNER has been shaped by its socially advanced policy towards employees. The constant training and further development of employees enables the most varied of new tasks to be mastered and innovative, challenging construction problems to be resolved. Many of the people active today in management positions in both production and administration were trained by WOCHNER and prepared for their current tasks through ongoing training and further development.
