Planning and consulting
As early as the planning phase, our engineers work closely with your architects and structural engineers. We make the most of all of the structural advantages of modern reinforced and prestressed concrete construction to allow you to design and create buildings from precast concrete elements using skeleton or panel construction methods. Your individual requirements regarding economic viability and on-time completion are extremely important to us. The precast elements are designed using modern CAD systems at our factories. The use of these systems makes it really easy to exchange plans and documentation.
Production
Once the applicable DIN provisions have been checked, high-precision computer-assisted process and production technology is used to create accurate element formwork and reinforcement plans that are then cast and solidified using tailored production equipment. A comprehensive quality assurance system including self-monitoring and third-party inspections ensures consistently high quality for all strength classes, encompassing all phases from steel processing to stripping.
